2.3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 15-30 days before the service date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the service date are non-refundable. In the event of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may reschedule or cancel services, in which case a full refund will be provided.

3. Use of Equipment

3.1. Condition of Equipment:

All rented equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for any damage or loss of rented equipment and will be charged for repairs or replacement costs.

3.2. Safety and Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for their own safety and the proper use of rented equipment. Wild Tourist Tents is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our equipment or services.

4. Safari and Camping Experiences
